They cancel the second day of the Festival de les Arts for not complying with the noise ordinance

The Valencia City Council and the General Directorate of CACSA prohibited the holding of the second day of the Festival de les Arts, scheduled for yesterday, Saturday. The organization communicated with "enormous sadness" the cancellation after receiving the notification.
