The Oques Grasses concert this Monday is postponed to Thursday
The impediments to reach the stadium due to the rains have motivated the decision
BarcelonaThe Project, Halley Records and Oques Grasses have decided to postpone the Osona band's first farewell concert from this Monday to Thursday. They announced it through social media at 2 PM, to avoid the travel of the numerous people who intended to go there from outside Barcelona, where mobility problems continue in several locations. Thus, the 'L'últim concert' series by Oques Grasses will begin on Wednesday at the Lluís Companys Olympic Stadium.
Although the rain stopped at noon in the capital and is not expected to resume in the afternoon, the band and the promoter consider that "it is essential that everyone can travel safely and that these last concerts are a happy and exciting party, with the quality we have planned for this farewell".
This means that Oques Grasses is keeping the four record-breaking concerts that were scheduled but with changes to the dates. The first concert will be this Wednesday, at the Lluís Companys Stadium, and the following ones will be held consecutively on Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Tickets for Monday will be valid for Thursday's concert and, if they cannot be used, they can be returned.
An unprecedented milestone
With the rain's permission, the milestone of Oques Grasses will be unprecedented for music in Catalan. No artist or group had performed four concerts at the Lluís Companys Olympic Stadium. Only Coldplay had dared to gather 220,000 people. In November 2024, Oques Grasses sold all the tickets for the four performances they will hold at the stadium on October 7th, 8th, 9th, and 10th, the group's last concerts before finally sailing off into the sunset.
