The Liceu cancels the 'Liceu a la Fresca' that used to take place in July

The Liceu will not hold the Liceu a la Fresca this summer. The pandemic and the uncertainty as to what restrictions will be in place in summer, adds to the difficulty of coordinating sponsors, televisions, musicians and the 300 municipalities involved since 2015.
