Singapore's National Arts Council honors Han Nefkens as a distinguished patron of the arts

Dutch philanthropist Han Nefkens, founder of the Han Nefkens Foundation, was recognized as a Distinguished Patron of the Arts by Singapore's National Arts Council on Wednesday at a ceremony presided over by David Neo, Singapore's Acting Minister for Culture.
