European justice allows the online publication of 'Anne Frank's Diary'

The Court of Justice of the European Union has allowed the online publication of public domain works even though member states still hold the legal rights. This is the case of The Diary of Anne Frank, the rights of which are still valid in the Netherlands and Spain, but not in Belgium and Germany.
