The presenter of La 1's news program leaves RTVE to become Queen Letizia's secretary.

BarcelonaJournalist Marta Carazo will present this Friday for the last time the second edition of the Newscast from La 1 and will leave the public corporation to become the new head of Queen Letizia's secretariat. Carazo's decision was announced by RTVE through a press release, stating that the journalist is leaving public television "to begin a new professional project," about which no further details were given.

According to the SER network, Carazo's choice would respond to Letizia's interest in having a woman occupy the highest position within her secretariat.
