Andorra, the country where more Porsches and Ferraris are sold than Dacias or Suzukis
The Porsche 911 is the best-selling vehicle of the year in the Principality of Andorra, while BMW consolidates its position as the best-selling brand in the country.
Andorra is a unique case worldwide when it comes to vehicle sales. Most people are already used to seeing expensive, high-performance models with Andorran license plates, but the ranking of best-selling vehicles for 2025 crowns the Pyrenean country as a rare elderly In the automotive world, the Porsche 911 has established itself as the best-selling car of the year, while BMW and Mercedes lead the ranking of best-selling brands.
Last year, a total of 86 Porsche 911s were registered in Andorra, a legendary and exclusive model with a price range between €85,000 and €340,000. Two more down-to-earth models, the Toyota Yaris Cross and the Seat Arona, complete the top three best-selling vehicles of the year in Andorra. However, it is still surprising to see premium vehicles like the Mercedes GLC and the Mini Cooper among the top ten best-selling vehicles of the year in Andorra, or powerful versions like the M3 in a market as small as Andorra's.

Almost as many Ferraris as in Spain
Equally surprising are the Ferrari sales figures for Andorra in 2025, which make it the only country in the world where the legendary Maranello brand ranks among the top 10 best-selling vehicle manufacturers (not brands) of the year. A total of 56 Ferraris were registered in Andorra during 2025, a remarkable figure for a country with fewer than 100,000 inhabitants. Across Spain, 109 Ferraris were registered last year, while France saw 388 registrations, including those in Monaco. Lamborghini, for its part, registered 25 units (74 in Spain), while France and Monaco combined registered 255.
By brand, BMW consolidated its position as the best-selling brand in Andorra, followed by Mercedes and Toyota. Although Toyota is a mainstream brand, it's worth noting that the Japanese brand's best-selling models in Andorra were Toyota GR Yaris (the spiciest version of the popular utility vehicle) with 21 units, the same as the powerful Land Cruiser, an SUV worth more than 87,000 euros.
Also noteworthy is the rise of Cupra, which has grown by 49% compared to the previous year's figures and confirms the overtaking Regarding Seat. It is certainly revealing that Dacia and its Sandero model, which have dominated the market with an iron fist for many years, rankings of best-selling cars in Spain, do not appear in the list of best-selling cars in Andorra.
