The PSOE (Spanish Socialist Workers' Party) files a law to increase VAT on tourist apartments.

The PSOE has just tabled a bill that incorporates some of the measures announced by Pedro Sánchez last January to boost affordable rentals, including an increase in VAT on tourist apartments to 21%.
