Inflation soars in March and reaches 10%

BarcelonaThe prices of consumer goods and services in Spain continue to rise at an unprecedented rate in over 30 years and will end March 9.8% higher than last year, according to advanced data from the National Statistics Institute (INE). The rise in cost of electricity, fuel and food has caused the sharp increase in prices.

Compared to February, prices have gone up 3%.
