The president of the CEOE employers' association, Antonio Garamendi, has assessed that the Spanish government's public consultation on BBVA's takeover bid for Sabadell "disqualifies" the National Commission on Markets and Competition (CNMC). In an interview with TelecincoGaramendi stressed that it is "incomprehensible."
