Saudi feminist activist Loujain al-Hathloul released after three years in prison

The prominent Saudi dissident and women’s rights activist Loujain al-Hathloul has been released from prison after 1,001 days in custody. Hathloul was released to her family on Wednesday afternoon after a concerted campaign by relatives and global rights groups. Her sister Lina tweeted the news.
