MWC participants can travel to Barcelona despite restrictions

The GSMA and the Spanish Ministry of the Interior have agreed that all Mobile World Congress participants will be able to travel to Barcelona and attend the congress in person despite health restrictions. The measure will allow non-EU citizens to gain access.
