Mutation of British variant could help the virus evade immune system

A mutation of the Kent variant that has been detected in some samples could help the virus evade the immune system, British scientist have told. The labelled E484K has also been detected in the South Africa and Brasil variant. The new mutation could not only infect cells but also the immune system.
