Santander chairwoman Ana Botín earned €6.81m in 2020, down 31.5% from €9.95m in 2019. Botín took a 50% cut in salary and bonus due to the pandemic, but the reduction is 31.5% when contributions to pension plans, per diems and other concepts are added.
