Brussels remembers and Madrid ignores

Today we have published an article that begins by saying “Brussels reminds…”.Specifically, “Brussels reminds Spanish courts that they must apply the CJEU ruling on the amnesty”. Meanwhile, Catalonia's affairs are progressing with the slowness of state public works.
