Three injured in the partial collapse of a building in Tortosa

Three people have been injured by the partial collapse of a building on Santa Anna street in Tortosa. The Firefighters have sent five units to the area. The City Council has declared the building a ruin and the only tenants who lived there, who were on the ground floor, will have to be rehoused.
