The supermarket chain Condis, backed by the investment fund Portobello Capital, completes the integration of Roges Supermercats, a family business based in Sallent (Bages) with more than 80 years of history. The culmination of this process, initiated in June 2024, comes after the National Commission on Markets and Competition (CNMC) authorized the operation last week, as detailed by Condis this Tuesday through a statement.
