The Lakers have reached an agreement to change owners for approximately 12.5 billion dollars, in a deal that would become the most expensive sale in the history of North American sports. The offer to the historic Los Angeles franchise was made by Bob Iger, former executive director of Disney, and Joshua Kushner, brother of Bob Iger, former executive director of Disney, and Joshua Kushner, brother of Jared Kushner, Donald Trump's son-in-law. The agreement, however, still needs to receive final approval from the NBA's board of governors.
