During the first year that loans for under-35s to buy their first home have been in operation, the Catalan government has distributed 91.4 million euros out of the 100 million euros annually it had planned to allocate to the measure, as the ARA has learned. The Catalan Institute of Finance (ICF), which manages the program, has emphasized that they have "responded to all eligible applications".
