The Mossos d'Esquadra have deployed a large-scale police operation in Girona and several municipalities in the region early this Tuesday to dismantle a network dedicated to growing marijuana and distributing narcotic substances, as reported by the force in a message on X. The same message adds that the criminal group is also linked to the possession of weapons and money laundering. Several arrests are expected throughout the morning.
