It is titled <em>Composed upon Westminster Bridge, September 3, 1802, </em>and it is a lyric sonnet that reflects the calm that emanates from the city at dawn as seen from Westminster Bridge. Wordsworth wrote it after crossing the Thames near the Houses of Parliament, and not, as the title suggests, that he "composed" it from the bridge.</p>]]></description>
