L’Espai Gironès will distribute, from May 4 to May 23, 2,000 gifts to celebrate the shopping center's 21st anniversary, among which are 32-inch Smart TVs, smartphones Samsung, an electric scooter, gift cards, bluetooth headphones, wireless speakers, and many other gifts. You can participate in this initiative by presenting one or two tickets from the shopping center's establishments (totaling a minimum of 50 euros) at the information point and trying your luck at the giant birthday piñata which will hide the tickets with these prizes. Each participant must choose their ticket blindfolded from one of the piñata's windows to discover if they have won a prize and what the gift is, but all participants will receive a candy as a souvenir. The same person can participate up to twice a day. In the last year and a half, significant improvements have been made at Espai Gironès, with a renovation of all the landscaping and strengthening of the lighting both outdoors and in the restoration area and common areas of the shopping center. "This Christmas, every piece counts." With this motto, the fifteenth annual Espai Gironès Christmas charity campaign aims to support the projects of the Friends of the Elderly Foundation, which offers companionship, emotional support, and social integration to senior citizens in Girona, helping to combat isolation and unwanted loneliness. The campaign was presented by the shopping center's manager, Pau Jordà; the Foundation's director, Laura López; and the initiative's patrons: Marc Gasol, president of Bàsquet Girona; Pep Busquets, a player for Bàsquet Girona; and Ainhoa ​​López, a player for Spar Girona. Espai Gironès has created a giant jigsaw puzzle, located in the food court. To participate in the campaign, simply fit one of the thousands of puzzle pieces together to complete a very special image. Each piece will be donated to the Amics de la Gent Gran Foundation and will provide companionship and well-being to elderly people in the Girona region who suffer from loneliness and need support.
