Yes, I guessed it! The famous mayor of Barcelona has Mexican roots. How can it be that no one has pointed this out? Mayor Collboni was right to express his gratitude for the generous and fruitful welcome Mexico gave to the exiles of the Spanish Civil War; so was the President of the Generalitat, Salvador Illa. But what about Dr. Robert? Why this absurd oversight?
