The arguments of the board of trustees of the National Art Museum of Catalonia (MNAC), which on Monday alleged the technical impossibility to carry out the transfer of the murals of Sijena and opened the door to Aragonese technicians, the lawyer from Vilanova de Sijena has warned. Jorge Español considers it a "full-blown challenge" and has filed a petition with the Huesca court of first instance requesting preventive measures to ensure the execution of the ruling.
