Australian industrial developer Goodman, the successful bidder for the lease of the former Nissan land in Barcelona's Zona Franca, will invest €123 million over the next two years to build a new multi-story warehouse for logistics and last-mile distribution, planning to house between three and four warehouses. The new 144,000-square-meter warehouse will begin leasing this year, with full occupancy expected in 2028.
