The Civil Guard has arrested a 32-year-old man for his alleged involvement in the gang rape of a 14-year-old girl in a town in the Vall d'Albaida region. This brings the number of arrests to seven, four of whom are already in prison. After testifying, the Ontinyent Court of First Instance granted the provisional release of this seventh alleged assailant. According to the Valencian High Court, none of the parties involved in the proceedings requested the detainee's imprisonment.
