If you see them together, you can imagine what their weekend vermouth sessions were like. Jordi Puntí, Miqui Otero, and Irene Pujadas shared a radio storytelling segment on The supplement from Catalunya Radio. The idea, which originated with Puntí, has a literary basis: apparently, Paul Auster asked listeners of American National Public Radio to send in their stories, and he, with minimal editing, would create a narrative and read it on air. The Catalan version of the experiment was titled It seems unbelievable. The idea was for listeners to send one-minute anecdotes to Catalan public radio via WhatsApp, which writers would then capture and, like a literary machine, transform into short stories.

A few weeks ago I heard a conversation with Jordi Puntí, in which he talked about his novel Confetti, about the life of Xavier Cugat (Proa). At one point, Puntí says that "or"A writer is a liar par excellence," because fiction creates plausible worlds that are not real.

Pilarín Bayés (Vic, 1941) is a very methodical reader. She reads in the morning and at night. These are the schedules she's set for herself and the ones that work best for her. She says she doesn't usually have time for reading in the afternoon because work doesn't allow it. Although she celebrated her 84th birthday this year and could retire, her schedule is full of projects. "When I was younger, I could pick up a book and read it in one sitting," she says. Now she reads gradually; she has a set time and a book marked waiting in its turn.

A week ago, Barça won the league. As a Barça fan and a writer, how did you celebrate the victory?
