The Santa Coloma de Farners investigating court number 4 has opened an investigation into the death of former Amer (Selva) councilor Moisès García Milans and his brother. Although they are still awaiting the autopsy report, sources close to the investigation indicate that the leading hypothesis right now is that the former councilor drowned his brother and then committed suicide. Meanwhile, the High Court of Justice of Catalonia (TSJC) reported that the case was opened for two unnatural deaths.
