The Catalan Institute of Finance (ICF), the credit institution of the Government of Catalonia, has signed a €100 million loan with the European Investment Bank (EIB) to promote the construction and rehabilitation of social infrastructure in Catalonia, it reported in a statement. This is the first tranche of an already approved €150 million loan. In addition, the ICF has also signed a €50 million loan with the Council of Europe Development Bank (CEB) for the same purpose.
