Since we already take for granted giant TVs, laptops with rollable screens—Lenovo's Legion Pro Rollable unfolds to 23.8 inches—hyper-connected cars, and the AI invasion, we'll focus this report on a roundup of the most original gadgets from the 2026 edition of CES, which closed its doors on Friday.

This is emphasized by the Economic and Social Council (CES), an advisory body to the Spanish government, which, in its report on the migration situation in Spain, warns that the Spanish system for accessing nationality by residence is too slow, unequal, and opaque, and calls for urgent reforms to guarantee equal treatment and respect for human rights. It also denounces that the unaccompanied foreign minors do not have a special pathway by obtaining a Spanish passport once they reach the age of majority, after being under the guardianship of the administration.

This is how the president of Pimec, Antoni Cañete, announced a key point of the modification of the statutes voted on at the general meeting this Tuesday, which until now limited the number of terms for a single president to two. As Cañete pointed out, this "2+1" concept would be used "only in circumstances where a third term must be considered."
