The National Court has acquitted actress Ana Duato of all the tax crimes she was accused of by the Nummaria case. The judge has sentenced actor Imanol Arias to two years and two months in prison and tax advisor and accountant Fernando Peña to 80 years in prison. The sentence considers that both actors used structures designed by Peña, through the law firm Nummaria, to avoid paying taxes in Spain between 2010 and 2016. tax." In the case of Imanol Arias, the sentence stems from the agreement he made with the Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office for five tax offenses between 2010 and 2013.
