10 A Barcelona court has summoned CF, the former director general of Telecommunications for the Catalan government, to testify next October. It has also charged and summoned another man, Xavier Panadero, who is believed to be an employee of Cesicat, the Catalan government agency that oversees the cybersecurity of the Catalan administration.
