DTT (digital terrestrial television) is reinventing itself. The Spanish government has approved a new National Technical Plan that seeks to shake up free-to-air television, with two important innovations: a new free-to-air television channel will be created, and the definitive step toward ultra-high definition (UHD) broadcasts will be taken.
