This objective has been achieved in just five years and now, the company has set itself a new, even more ambitious challenge: to reduce emissions by 50% by 2030. This is how the group specialized in infrastructure and mobility management successfully completes its first ESG Plan (in English, environmental, social and governance) 2022-2024.

And all that was missing was the recent major blackout. Catalonia consumes more electricity than it generates. In 2024, electricity consumption in the Principality was 44.1 TWh, while production stood at 37.4 TWh, representing a deficit of 15.19%.

By the end of May, and after 930 hours of training and practice, they will be able to work as assistants in the renewable energy sector. And if they pass the exam for the green certificate, they will even be qualified to sign electrical reports. Dayana González, 28 and the mother of a two-year-old, is the only woman on the team. With a safety helmet in hand, she explains that she already dreams of starting her own company and being its leader.
