The news comes three days after her partner and former soccer player Dani Alves was acquitted by the High Court of Justice of the Supreme Court of Justice of the Republic of Catalonia (TSJC) of a four-and-a-half-year prison sentence for allegedly sexually assaulting a woman at the Sutton nightclub in Barcelona. While the sentence is not final and legal sources indicate that the Prosecutor's Office intends to appeal to the Supreme Court, her partner and model has explained that he had been trying to have a child for five years.
