Netflix will broadcast the next three editions of La velada del año, the boxing event between content creators organized by Ibai Llanos. The agreement, announced this Monday, includes the 2027, 2028, and 2029 editions, and represents a change of platform for one of the live phenomena with the largest audience in the digital ecosystem.

The banking sector is the protagonist of a good part of the week's appointments. The World Bank has renewed its financial management and the Galician entity Abanca has incorporated a well-known face in Southern European finance to the board of directors of its insurance subsidiary. Outside the banking world, the media tandem formed by streamer Ibai Llanos and former footballer Gerard Piqué enters a new business. At the same time, Just Eat appoints a new financial director for Spain and the OBBIO association renews its board with a new president.

Saturday saw one of the great shows of theinfluencer Ibai Llanos. The evening of the year is an amateur boxing gala that is broadcast via Twitch and YouTube for more than eight hours. A grotesque spectacle where a selection of content creators face each other in boxing matches after months of training and fake rivalries. Digital celebrities like Plex, TheGrefg, Tati, IlloJuan, Clersss, Roro or Edu Aguirre (the latter, reporter for"The Beach Bar) face each other despite their evident lack of talent in this discipline. The evening was held at the La Cartuja stadium in Seville in front of about eighty thousand spectators who attended the party with unprecedented fervor. Huge jumbotrons and noise amplified by large speakers overstimulated the audience. Núria Marín and Javi Hoyos introduced the event. Between fights, Bad Gyal, Juanes, Anuel AA, or Lucho RK and La Pantera performed. The "bread dipped in oil" boxers entered the ring with a triumphant entrance with choreography. Plex entered as if he were a charioteer, on a winged cardboard chariot and music from Gladiator.

Bureaucracy is always a difficult task, even more so in the middle of August when many workers are on vacation. City councils take longer to process licenses and concessions, but the football league kicks off and doesn't wait for anyone. This problem, which Barça is immersed in with the reopening of the Camp Nou, also affects Rōnin FC. The team created a few weeks ago by Estrumero Ibai Llanos is due to debut on September 21 (12 pm) at the Municipal del 25 de Septiembre in Rubí.

Ibai Llanos has announced the official launch of Rōnin FC, the football team he created, which will begin playing in the Catalan Fourth Division. The former player had already announced in recent months that he intended to create his own team, and it was through a video posted on social media that he announced its founding and registration with the Catalan Football Federation. The announcement has received much criticism, especially because the communication was made in Spanish even though the club was founded in Catalonia.

Ibai Llanos once again demonstrated his ability to attract audiences with a new edition of The evening of the year, the fifth, which once again surpassed its best record. On this occasion, up to 9.19 million devices connected simultaneously to the Twitch channel from which the event was broadcast, in addition to the 80,000 people who filled the Cartuja Stadium in Seville to watch the various boxing matches in person. streamers.

It is already a tradition that every July on Twitch is celebrated The Evening of the Year, an event where famous boxers or internet celebrities fight in amateur boxing matches with thousands of spectators both in person and online. Last year the youtuber Basque filled the Santiago Bernabéu stadium in Madrid with 80,000 attendees and 3.8 million spectators watching the fights at the same time.
