This is according to the report accessed by the EFE news agency.

Women who have fought for equality from a progressive perspective have always faced the dilemma of dual membership: forming their own party or joining the ranks of those who, due to the nature of their social justice principles, could accommodate feminism. The first option may seem radical and exclusionary, but considering the systemic hostility that has characterized political parties and the price so many women must pay to have a relevant role, it is no wonder that it is valued. To avoid segregation and changing the structures of solid and powerful organizations, many feminists opted for dual membership. They have worked tirelessly at the grassroots level to make the equality agenda a priority, and we owe a debt of gratitude to the veterans who endured everything to be part of it for many of the gains we all now enjoy. They too suffered abuse, harassment, paternalism, and exclusion from the fraternal understanding of the men because they had a long-term goal.

The judge will review the precautionary measures he has in place for the former Socialist Party (PSOE) minister and his advisor in the case concerning the alleged scheme to purchase face masks during the pandemic, after the private prosecutors and the public prosecutor requested a hearing to have them detained. The hearing comes just weeks after the judge himself warned of a "growing" flight risk as the trial "approaches" and the evidence in the case "strengthens." This Wednesday The Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office requested a 24-year prison sentence and a fine of almost 4 million euros for Ábalos. The prosecutor accuses him of five crimes: membership in a criminal organization, bribery, embezzlement, influence peddling, and insider trading. For Koldo, the request is for 19 years for the same crimes. Currently, both Ábalos and Koldo must appear in court every two weeks, their passports have been confiscated, and they are prohibited from leaving Spain.

Mayte Zaldívar has been the leading figure since she went on air live in 2004, explaining how her ex-husband, Julián Muñoz, kept garbage bags full of bundles of bills at home. Resentful of the cuckolding the mayor of Marbella had put on her with Isabel Pantoja, she raised the hue and cry in one of the most high-profile cases of embezzlement of public funds and urban planning malfeasance in Spain. Two years later, Cachuli was imprisoned. On Monday, it was the turn of José Luis Ábalos's ex-wife, who opened her mouth, fed up with the deception and harassment of her former husband. The former Minister of Transport unsuccessfully tried to stop the broadcast through legal proceedings. Carolina Perles told a sordid and terrifying story of commissions, prostitutes, Viagra, parties, and drugs to supplement the precarious management of her portfolio as minister.

In an interview on Telecinco, Perles described Koldo as a "life saver" and explains that he marked a "turning point" in her life. "He behaved very hostilely toward me," she states. The then advisor, now indicted along with Ábalos for allegedly taking illegal kickbacks, was "hooked up" by the minister all day long with the goal of "keeping him under control at all times," according to the woman, who believes that García acted as a "mole" for Santos Cerdán, the former number three of the PSOE (Spanish Socialist Workers' Party) also under investigation in the alleged case.

The first, moreover, is serious, very serious. Pedro Sánchez, we have a problem. According to several media outlets, the number three of the PSOE, Santos Cerdán, reportedly commented with former minister Ábalos and assistant Koldo García that Several public works contractors owe them money (400,000 euros) of illegal commissions. The recording was secretly made by Koldo García. Santos Cerdán claims, if not swears: "I have never received commissions for public works" and "I have no fear." Let's see, in terms of recordings that the police provide to the judge and that are leaked to the media, we've seen it all, and it's not clear exactly what they're talking about, but Cerdán is the number three in the PSOE (Spanish Socialist Workers' Party), a man Pedro Sánchez trusts most; the man who, for example, was in charge of negotiating the agreements with Junts (Junts) and Puigdemont in Brussels. Could this case bring down Sánchez's government? It doesn't seem so today. It doesn't seem like the Basque and Catalan parties will withdraw their support, nor, even less, could they join a motion of censure against Sánchez that would appoint Feijóo, with the votes of Vox. Nor that Sánchez would be caught calling early elections (as Felipe González requests) with the polls against him. But remember that corruption brought down Mariano Rajoy's government.
