Felipe González and Miquel Roca. Or the Queen greeting Cayetana Álvarez de Toledo. These are images only seen at celebrations like the one held this Tuesday in the Congress of Deputies, where all the institutions of the State come together to commemorate an anniversary. This Tuesday's event was special, as the Senate and Congress convened jointly to reaffirm that the 1978 Constitution is the longest-lasting in Spanish history. The Speaker of the Congress, Francina Armengol, offered words of praise, calling for everyone to "honor" the Constitution and "not let their guard down" in ensuring its effectiveness, while King Felipe VI affirmed that the path has been "brilliant" and will continue to be so "if we keep writing it." However, the attendance at the event alone suggests that this "together" journey has many nuances.

The problem is that her scope of action as consort is very small, since it is basically tied to fashion and other issues related to certain stage productions. However, as expected from someone with the journalist's tenacity and intelligence, she has managed to promote a much fresher image of the monarchy, which has meant a radical change in the old-school aesthetics and sociopolitical invisibility of Queen Sofía. The problem with this is that the change she has implemented works very well for herself but not so much for the other members of the royal family.

Curiously, however, among all the pontiff's colorful guests, few people enjoyed a privilege related to the dress code, which is always monochromatic black when the papal act is solemn. Specifically, these privileged people were the queens of "Catholic countries," who have the privilege of being able to wear white before a pope, an ancient right that surely perhaps they no longer care in the least about, but which the gossip media finds joyful on a workday in which the main story consists solely of explaining something. so horny like a mass.
