This thesis gave rise to the book <em>President's remarks. Nation and State in the speeches of Prat de la Riba, Puig i Cadafalch, and Macià</em> (Editorial Asuntos, 2024). He is an associate professor at UPF and a former advisor to the Junts government and to the Parliamentary Speaker Laura Borràs.</p>]]></description>

This was the complaint, on Monday morning, of a driver from Sant Feliu de Llobregat who works in Barcelona and normally enters via the Diagonal. Conversation with the ARA stopped at a traffic light, metro waits, resigned, for the bottleneck to clear and traffic to flow. But this Tuesday the situation has repeated itself.</p>]]></description>
