The great performances of the pearl of the white-and-red academy during preseason, including a brace in Olot, are advocating for him to secure a place in the first team squad managed by Quique Álvarez, who already coached him in the reserves before he went on loan to Andorra last season, where he exploded in the Second Division, with 6 goals and 4 assists in 40 games. The Korean, however, is out of contract next year and has the interest of several teams on the table. If Girona, which has already started talks, doesn't act quickly, they will lose him.

This is one of the main conclusions reached by the authors of two pending publications from the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya (UPC). The authors attribute this reality to, among other factors, the lack of sufficient public alert measures and the fact that the energy performance certification system for homes in Spain has become outdated.

Given the growing need for professionals trained in Catalan language and literature, and the projected retirements in the education and administrative sectors, the Generalitat de Catalunya (Government of Catalonia) announced a pilot scholarship program for the 2025-2026 academic year at the Education Fair. The measure is part of the second edition of the "Tria Filologia Catalana" (Tria Catalan Philology) campaign, which seeks to highlight the employment potential of this university degree.

But without taking it to the more philosophical point of whether measuring is knowing or not, it must be said that the figures given, especially in social matters, should always be applied with a critical sense to avoid false illusions. And since we are now more sensitive than ever to fake news, it is worth noting that it is also with figures that it is particularly easy to deceive, whether intentionally or not. Therefore, without the intention of being exhaustive in such a short space, I will show five mistakes that information often falls into when it is based on data, and what confusions of analysis and perception they can create.
