The Catalan cement and construction group Molins has reached an agreement with the Portuguese investment group Semapa to acquire 100% of the share capital of Secil, another Portuguese company specializing in construction materials, for €1.4 billion, as announced by the company to the Spanish National Securities Market Commission (CNMV) on Friday.
