In addition to the exhibitions on display at its headquarters on Passeig Picasso in Barcelona, Foto Colectania boasts a remarkable collection: some 3,500 images by more than 80 Spanish and Portuguese photographers.

The leader of the band Obeses, he is also the creator of the opera The Lost Cat and of Sardana SuperstarHe, who has described himself as a "unique artistic piece" irreplaceable by the country, sees in wine a point of connection with pleasure, tradition and the land.

The first stone was the School, soon after the Taverna opened, then the Fonda and, later, the Center, thus forming a kind of cultural complex around the same square, where, in addition to serving dozens of Catalan dishes every day, a lot of activities are organized. This 2025 El Foment celebrates five years with a great desire to establish itself as a cultural center of reference in the Països Catalans.
