Victory, therefore, goes to the consortium led by David Ellison, under the shadow—and financial muscle—of his father, Larry Ellison, who put forward an offer of $31 per share, with additional incentives if the deal is delayed and even assuming the penalty for breaking with Netflix, which had made a final offer of $27.75. Pending government approval, this major media saga is nearing its conclusion.</p>]]></description>

This is one of the conclusions of a research led by Pompeu Fabra University (UPF), which has analyzed the lyrics of more than 2,000 songs from the period between 1960 and 2022. According to the study, which has been carried out with artificial intelligence tools, 51% of the songs have songs. Since 2015, the increase is exponential. In fact, if the songs of the last decade are analyzed, 77% of the most listened to songs have sexist lyrics.</p>]]></description>

The psychologist and pedagogue Jaume Funes explains in an article that more and more young people believe they can live without Catalan. The factors are various and concurrent, but in any case audiovisual leisure is certainly one of them. If for years Tv3 was an obvious tool for linguistic normalisation, now it is clearly not enough. Audiovisual consumption has become atomised. First there were the private television channels and now the offer is dominated by online platforms: Netflix, Amazon, Disney, HBO.
