The second school year of the pandemic begins this Monday with the same energy and much less uncertainty than last September. A year ago, ARA's headline ran: "Start of the most difficult of school years", after six months with schools closed and a lockdown which was especially tough for children. The doubts and fears over the reopening marked the first stages of the year, which, despite lockdowns, ended with a not inconsiderable success: schools opened from the first day to the last. Not all countries around us can say the same.
