The 30th section of the Provincial Court of Madrid has decreed the imprisonment of the neo-Nazis who in 2013 assaulted the delegation of the Generalitat in Madrid. The second chamber of the Constitutional Court threw out the appeal for protection filed by the defence of one of the convicted, the secretary general of fascist party Democracia Nacional, Pedro Chaparro, "for lack of special constitutional significance", and this means they will have to start serving their two-year prison sentence for public disorder.

Section 30 of the Madrid's High Court has suspended the imprisonment of the 14 neo-fascists who assaulted Blanquerna cultural centre in Madrid on September 11, 2013. They are sentenced to sentences ranging from 2 years and 7 months in prison to 2 years and 9 months after the Supreme Court reduced halved the sentences. Of the 14 members, 10 have appealed to the Constitutional Court, two have asked for a pardon and two more are on the run. The Madrid High Court argues that they have to wait to see how the appeal they have presented to the Constitutional Court turns out. Their imprisonment was imminent.
