Catalan tourists who want to go up to Andorra during Easter have a legal way to do it. The Procicat has authorized that those people who stay in the Alt Urgell region can benefit from the assimilation in terms of mobility that exists between the two territories. Thus, as confirmed to Ara Pirineus by the president of the Association of Hotels and Restaurants of Alt Urgell, Miquel Àngel Sànchez, establishments will be able to issue accreditation documents so that their guests can enter Andorra. The Generalitat does not authorize free circulation towards Andorra except for people residing in the Alt Urgell region, arguing that there is perimetral lockdown in Catalonia.
