Antonio García Ferreras did not delay, and turned the breaking news into a minute-by-minute, adrenaline-fueled report that added even more anxiety to the events: “¡Good morning! The United States and Israel are attacking Iran! And Iran is responding with missiles against Israel and several countries in the region! Regionalization of the conflict! According to the US war department, what they call... Operation Epic Fury! is already underway.”. But for epic fury it was the presenter's, who deployed his emergency manual to generate a sense of impatience and countdown, to create the expectation that anything catastrophic could happen at any moment before the eyes of the viewers.

Army captain and current Minister of Education Karla Trigueros—a dual position that would be an oxymoron in any state governed by the rule of law—has announced new regulations on school attire. The stated objective: to reinforce student discipline. The measures require students to wear a clean and tidy uniform and, in the case of boys, to adopt an "appropriate hairstyle": a short, uniform haircut that excludes styles popular among young people, such as the Mohawk (crest) or the well-known Edgar court (cup). Those who break these rules face sanctions ranging from lower grades to community service. Images of lines of children waiting to be shaved, more fitting for a military barracks than a school, have gone viral on social media. The question is inevitable: why does Bukele consider it necessary to shave the children of El Salvador? And what symbolic meaning lies behind an element as seemingly trivial as a hairstyle?

Donald Trump has announced that he will file a lawsuit against the Wall Street Journal to report that the American president sent a friendly, obscene letter to Jeffrey Epstein. This wouldn't be newsworthy considering the American president's fury toward the media, but it turns out the newspaper's editor is Rupert Murdoch, one of the architects of his election victory thanks to the constant venom he emits. Fox NewsIt's tempting to paraphrase the film and say it could be the prelude to a great enmity, but the television channel continues to feed the Republican base with its biased programming and tangential contact with reality. Rather, it seems the newspaper has held its own, since when Trump learned they were preparing the story, he asked for it to be withdrawn, but the editorial staff didn't back down, and the information ended up circulating around the world. Murdoch knows that Wall Street Journal It is considered one of the best newspapers in the world because it is a good spokesperson for the world of American money (such as the Financial Times (it is from the City of London). That the magnate continues to commit political mischief with the rest of his media but respects the independence of the newspaper is good news amidst the misfortune.

All this happened on Saturday in the mountainous region of Qilian, in northeast China, and the videos recorded by the 360-degree camera attached to the paraglider are capturing headlines in the international media and videos on social media. But how was it possible for him to reach so high and return alive?

Maher and Trump have a long history of cross insults, even some lawsuits, but that has not prevented Maher, in his show, from explaining that the president had been "friendly and measured" in the meeting, which took place on March 31. At dinner they exchanged points of view, jokes and even some coincidences (such as, for example, that Europe must take charge of its own defense). "And if this bothers the ranchers of Trump, I'm mad", the comedian is going to say, who will even attack those who "in the process of dialogue prefer to write the editorial material for a thousand times." Públic amb la seva agressivitat habitual, les seves sortides de to i la seva malaptesa. I conclude that this Trump desaforat, the Trump that is shown by the microphones and the cameras, is a mena de mask that does not shine in the reality. say in public that everyone else World leaders are "flashing their asses" from the outside of the tariffs, and I'm going to think just the opposite: that the president is a filter-free figure, who speaks in public the same way he would in private. And that, to most people, he appears to be shameful and irresponsible, but to his followers, he's a virtue.

According to municipal data from Rapa Nui – the local name – this island receives about fifty times more plastics and microplastics than the coasts of Chile. This is largely due to its location in the South Pacific Gyre, which carries trash from Australia, South America and also from fishing boats. "The microplastic we find on the coasts is not ours," explains Moiko Pakomio, a marine biologist with the local government, who adds that worldwide the majority of microplastics come from fishing boats that dump their waste into the ocean. "This plastic waste decomposes as it travels through the currents and degrades until it becomes microplastics," she says.

Where words, books or any work will not be able to describe its horrors and the only thing that will remain will be a hole and a wooden cross as witnesses. This place, in Ukraine, is located in the town of Izium, in the province of Kharkov, where one of the main mass graves in recent European history is located. Up to 451 people were buried in a hidden forest, to avoid rotting in the streets, following the shells and explosions that the Russians used to enter this town, mostly of peasants and workers, during the first months of the invasion. The shames of war are covered with other shames and, after the withdrawal of the army, the Ukrainian armed forces discovered a wasteland that remains untouched today as a memory of contemporary barbarity.

And here we are, still complaining all day long. I'm not just talking about the so-called Wokeism, but also the new right, which has made an argumentative corkscrew by complaining about the complaints of others and formulating its own. As a result, everyone feels victimized and everyone can promote or receive a lynching, thanks to the multiplying effect of social networks. Public opinion has been democratized, but democracy always has a trick; in the case of networks the trick is that the debates are oriented, that most of the debaters are bots or paid agitators, and that the algorithm rewards bipolarization. We live in a society of interchangeable aggressors and victims, while the most sensible are afraid to demonstrate (this was the great threat that Hughes foresaw) because the possibility of stepping on a tempranillo, using an incorrect term or causing collateral damage is tremendously high.
