The book, written by historian Isabel Martínez (Cambrils, 1973), traces the evolution of Vermuts Miró from its founding in 1914 to its acquisition by MaserGrup in 2020, placing the brand's trajectory within the broader history of wine production. The book will be presented on April 7th at Casa Navàs.

The projectile caused damage to the upper part of the building and toppled the turret that crowned one of Reus's most emblematic buildings, a Modernist jewel built at the beginning of the 20th century by Lluís Domènech i Montaner. Fortunately, the main floor was not affected, and during the 1940s the upper part of the building was rebuilt, but not the turret. More than eighty years later, the current owner of Casa Navàs, Maser Grup, has decided to reconstruct this distinctive feature. Work on the building began last July, but much preparation was required before the first scaffolding was erected.

Vidal was a coach who had connected with the fans, and the chances of fighting for promotion were still very much alive, but the club's board decided to fire him and bring back a historic coach, the architect of their promotion to La Liga, the Galician Luis César, with the sole objective of lifting the team out of the Primera Federación (Second Division). Casañas, who leads the Impulsem Cunit party, linked to Junts per Catalunya, is proposing a public referendum starting in 2027. Should the popular vote validate the proposal, approval would be required from the Catalan Parliament for the regional change and from the Spanish Congress for the provincial change. Casañas believes the referendum would garner a majority vote in favor: "90% of Cunit's current population has emotional ties to the province of Barcelona. On social media, we've detected that 80% of people are in favor of the regional and provincial change." The other parties represented on the council have not yet taken a position on the matter, but have not expressed opposition. Impulsamos a Cunit and the PSC have shared the local government since 2019 and have alternated in the mayoralty.

However, the path to climate neutrality is still unclear, and while a few years ago green hydrogen was considered the great panacea, chemical companies are now urging the government to expedite regulations to enable the use of low-carbon hydrogen and the storage of CO₂ to ensure their competitiveness against countries with less stringent regulations. The electrification of Tarragona's chemical plants will mean doubling or tripling the energy consumption of the Tarragona petrochemical industry in the coming years, and the major challenge is improving the region's infrastructure, with more hectares of photovoltaic energy or more wind turbines. High-voltage power lines are also needed to carry Aragon's green energy.

These are just some of the more than one hundred animal-drawn vehicles that make up the collection of carts, carriages, and wagons that Jordi Rovira Fortuny, from Torrent, has assembled over half a century of research and countless hours of restoration work. Rovira is certain that, with over one hundred vehicles, his is the leading collection of carts in Catalonia, and in the entire country, only a handful can be counted on one hand that can compare in some aspects. Most of the cars he collects are on display in a warehouse in the Francolí industrial park, and this November and the first week of December, they can be visited thanks to the Tarragona Cancer Association. The cost is 5 euros per person, and all proceeds will go to the association, which supports projects focused on support, research, and prevention in the fight against cancer. Those interested should send an email to tarragona@contraelcancer.es indicating the day, time, and number of people in their group, and an attempt will be made to arrange the groups.

If you go inside, you'll find a collection of photos among the books that evoke the establishment's early years, with Isidre Fonts at the helm and controlled by Franco's police. Now his daughters are in charge, and the bookstore industry has changed dramatically. We spoke with Montsant Fonts.

Fathers, mothers, grandfathers, and grandmothers can accumulate several graduations during this final stretch of the academic year, depending on the offspring they have. The emphasis is on the second year of high school, especially on informational matters—and has mutated into the second year of high school, and bachelor's degrees have also passed away and become degrees. Primary, ESO, and baccalaureate degrees. And there will still be, if applicable, the university degree. Aren't we overdoing it? Possibly the result of being dazzled by audiovisual productions from the United States. Diplomas, speeches, tears, dances with long evening dresses for the girls and jackets and ties for the boys...

It seemed that the future Tarragona Metropolitan Area had been moving forward at a good pace for a few months, and then suddenly, it came to a screeching halt. The reef is the location of the intermodal railway station. There seemed to be consensus that this essential infrastructure for mobility in Camp de Tarragona should be located in the municipality of Vila-seca, but the mayor of Tarragona, Rubén Viñuales, moved it to the so-called Horta Gran, to the west of the city. His counterpart from Vila-seca, Pere Segura, reacted vehemently and abandoned the work around the metropolitan area, with Valls' support for his position. The mayor of Reus, Sandra Guaita, distances herself from her party colleague from Tarragona and continues to support Vila-seca.
