The phase transition occurs inside a pressure cooker, whose only outlet is the 2027 elections. The Transition, of which a large majority is proud, was based on inclusive agreements between very diverse political forces, with a confrontational past. There was no major opposition to such controversial measures as the amnesty. I do not mean to say that there was no significant dissent, but it was channelled institutionally.</p>]]></description>
